Reiki is a meditative form of energy healing for the mind, body & soul. Sessions may include light touch or energetic space holding off of the body to facilitate healing on all levels of the experience - mental, emotional, spiritual & physical. Every experience is totally different & unique depending on where you're at and the intention you are bringing forth. Sessions are typically relaxing, deeply meditative & soothing for the system.
Sessions are typically held on a massage table fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothing without anything tight or restrictive.
Sessions are 90 minutes in length. You can choose to add a custom flower essence blend to integrate your experience. Read below for more information about flower essence support.

Flower essence support is a subtle energy medicine in the form of a liquid extract that works on an emotional, physical, mental & spiritual level. It helps to address challenges on one's path of soul development.
The flower essences that I use are intentionally crafted within nature's rhythm & wisdom. The essence of each flower has a healing archetype that becomes imprinted in the extract through the weaving of earth, fire, water & air.
Since flower essences are a vibrational medicine, they can be used in conjunction with other therapies & medications. There are no contraindications because they work on a subtle energetic level.

Flower Essences are potent helpers on the healing journey. I've used them for years to support energy work and coaching clients because of their subtle yet deep nature. Most of the time I notice myself and clients noticing a profound shift within a few weeks of taking them consistently.
After clarifying your desire & intention, we allow the flower essence that aligns with this intention to reveal itself through an intuitive process using a pendulum. This is a process I learned through my teacher, Rosita Arvigo. Oftentimes, the flower essences chosen through this intuitive process are directly aligned with what the client expressed wanting help with. When it's not, I trust there is something else that needs addressing first that will help with their intention.
